On March 10th, the first seminar on the development of digital hydraulic system and its core components in China - the seminar on the research and industrialization of hydraulic high-speed switch digital valves - was held in Guiyang Economic Development Zone.
This event is hosted by the Shanghai Hydraulic and Pneumatic Sealing Industry Association, organized by Guizhou Mangwei Fluid Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a company in Guiyang Economic Development Zone, and supported by the China Construction Machinery Society Extra Large Engineering Transport Vehicle Branch, Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and other units. Xu Yang, consultant of the Expert Committee of the China Hydraulic and Pneumatic Seals Industry Association and founder of the Domestic Hydraulic Digital Intelligence Industrialization Alliance, gave a keynote speech on "Intelligent Valves and Digital Twins Based on High Speed Switching Valves". Xu Yang once stated that the development of China's digital hydraulic industrialization should accelerate the enhancement of independent research and technological innovation capabilities, strengthen the unified planning and guidance of industry hydraulic digitization, and accelerate the realization of high-end low-end components and popularization of high-end components. At the same time, we must closely monitor the demand for host equipment. Under the requirements of the "dual carbon" goal and green development, high-speed on-off valves, as core components of digital hydraulic systems, must take the path of electronic control and digital development. At present, the National Hydraulic and Pneumatic Digital Intelligence Industry Alliance established by Xu Yangzeng is providing experience and exploration for the development of hydraulic digital intelligence in the whole country through four measures: establishing a hydraulic public service platform, establishing an alliance digital intelligence product industrialization docking group, holding a hydraulic and pneumatic digital intelligence industry forum, and building a PTC digital intelligence hydraulic square.
